Unit Based Teams

Unit Based Teams (UBT) are a Labor-Management model founded on the concept that
front line healthcare workers and managers can have a dramatic impact on
quality of care when working together and equally empowered to
implement changes. SEIU 721 and LA County DHS are working together to
transform our county health system into a provider of choice.
