San Bernardino Professionals Win Historic Deal!

We did it! After a year of organizing and action, we’ve secured a deal that begins the long process of restoring vital San Bernardino County services hobbled by attrition and short-staffing. Our tireless work as SEIU 721 members has paid off! Our San Bernardino Professionals Bargaining Team won one of the best contracts negotiated in years: One that includes pay raises and restorations, better medical and retirement benefits, new bonuses and allowances, an investment in public services and stronger grievance procedures to amplify the power of our voice on the job!

San Bernardino County Professionals Stand Up for Child Safety

Hundreds of San Bernardino County professionals and several community leaders gathered at lunchtime on April 28th to protest short-staffing in county departments and to show support for their bargaining team, which has been at the table since last August trying to win a fair contract that will deal with high caseloads and workloads.

San Bernardino Professional Unit Votes YES to SEIU 721

After several years of fighting to get out of a corrupt Association that often went against their members’ best interest, over 800 San Bernardino County workers in the Professional Unit voted to join SEIU Local 721 last week.
