On the heels of boisterous Unfair Labor Practice (ULP) practice pickets across LA County this past Thursday, we’re hitting the streets again with another round of ULP practice pickets this week, and through the month of March. Since contract negotiations began, we’ve filed more than 35 ULPs, including charges for bad faith bargaining,
