Earlier today the Supreme Court issued a 4 to 4 split decision in US v Texas. This is a blow against millions of working families, including members of SEIU Local 721.
On Saturday, April 16, the Women’s Caucus hosted a special brunch to honor the leadership and contributions of cis and trans women in SEIU LocaL 721 and our communities. The dozens of women and men who attended this celebratory and educational gathering feasted on chicken and waffles, and nourished their hearts, minds, and spirits.

SEIU Local 721 presented $20,000 in scholarships to the children of 25 Riverside County members. The scholarships, awarded at the start of the Board of Supervisors meeting on Tuesday, July 21, 2015, ranged from $250 to $2,000 and are a part of the SEIU Training Fund, a joint effort between SEIU 721 and Riverside County.
