It’s time to prepare for our upcoming bargaining campaign for City of Oxnard employees!

Our union contract expires in June 2022. We are making preparations NOW to negotiate the best possible contract for the future.

It’s also time to nominate our bargaining team. This is a great opportunity for members who want to take an active role in our union.

Members in good standing may nominate themselves or any other City of Oxnard member.  The member must be in good standing.

Submit your bargaining team nomination form by Thursday, January 6, 2022 at 5pm PST.

An election will be conducted if the number of candidates exceeds the number of available seats on the Bargaining Team.
