SEIU 721 City of Palm Springs bargaining team along with SEIU 721 chief negotiator, Eloy Alvarez, presented members with the tentative agreement they reached with city management at a membership meeting and ratification vote on Tuesday, July 15, 2014 in Palm Springs.
