The State of the City is "behind schedule" with LA promising 5,000 new, full-time jobs in three years but delivering on less than 650 new, full-time jobs after just one year. The Fix LA Coalition cited numerous examples of neglected trash, bulky items, potholes, excessive vegetation, dirty alleys and broken sidewalks — as well as unreasonable 911 and 311 information wait times — at their State of the City address on the steps of City Hall.
