SEIU Local 721 members across southern California took to the streets in defense of their jobs, families, retirement and communities in 2012. They also spent countless hours volunteering on campaigns to secure funding for schools and safety (Prop. 30) and to defeat a millionaires’ grab for power and to silence working families’ voices, (Prop. 32). Here is a collection of some of the actions and activities of the local this past year.
