County of Ventura 2022 Contract Campaign – BARGAINING TEAM NOMINATION FORM

We’re seeking Nominations for seats on the 2022 SEIU 721 County of Ventura Bargaining Team.

Nominations
• You may nominate yourself or nominate a co-worker by completing the Nomination Form below.
• This is not a ballot. Only one nomination form per candidate is necessary. Submitting more than one nomination form will not increase the chance of winning a seat.
• Submit your nomination form by Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at 5pm (PST).

Elections
An election will be conducted in early May 2022 if the number of candidates exceeds the number of available seats on the Bargaining Team.

Only SEIU 721 County of Ventura members in good standing may submit a valid bargaining team nomination.
