It’s official, the San Bernardino Board of Supervisors has voted to approve our tentative agreement!
SEIU members have a new contract that secures our future! As a result of your persistence and hard work, we can look forward to 11% raises, 5% yearly merit increases, increases to the medical premium subsidy, and equity increases.
However, our job is not done. We still need to participate in the labor management process to improve working conditions for members and to come up with ideas on how to stay safe during this pandemic.
