In case you missed it, this past December we received the GREAT NEWS that LASD settled our grievance and will pay out weekend bonus back pay owed from the period of 4/30/14 to 4/30/17 to EVERY WORKER THAT IS ENTITLED!
Please start organizing your time corrections now so that you will be able to submit your claim documents starting on January 28, 2019.
| Each claim must be provided using the Sheriff’s Weekend Differential (Payroll Code 539) form. You may complete as many pages of this form necessary to cover the dates you believe you were not paid.
When you’re ready, submit your claim package to your Nurse Manager/Manager anytime between January 28, 2019, and no later than February 25, 2019 and have them sign the “Weekend Bonus Time Corrections Submittal Receipt” form as proof of your submission. PLEASE DOWNLOAD BOTH FORMS BELOW.
