We stood together in unity with the bargaining team and our work paid off. The bargaining team reached a Tentative Agreement on a strong contract that will help Lift Up Ventura Superior Courts!
Tentative Agreement Highlights
- Term: 2 years
- Wages: 6% retro to 7/1/2016 and 3% on 7/1/2017
- Health Benefit Contribution: $420 per pay period for 2017 and $445 per pay period for 2018
- Textbook and Tuition: Up to $2,250
We had a round of information meetings on the TA details and will now provide separate voting at each Court site.
The Bargaining Team is recommending a YES vote.
