Thanks to SEIU member leadership, the Tri-Counties Regional Center has received additional funding from the State of California (ABX2-1 funds) and a large portion of those funds are required to be used for employee salaries. Salary increases are key to retaining the experienced professionals that our communities need to serve families with disabilities.
With your work and unanimous vote last week, all eligible TCRC workers have won a 10.5% salary increase. Those in the Psychologist I and II classifications won a 22.5% salary increase. These increases will show up on the July 22 paycheck.
