LA County bargaining teams engaged in intense negotiations on Wednesday and Thursday of last week with Los Angeles County; although we made great strides in the right direction we still have a last push this week. Our Bargaining Policy Committee is currently meeting to reach a resolution before the contract expires October 1, 2015. Our goal is to reach a settlement.
Please continue to stay engaged; we will communicate the status of bargaining.
