It’s time for the first step in our bargaining campaign process – nominating our bargaining team.

Use this form below to nominate yourself.

If you would like to nominate another Gold Coast Transit District member, use this form.

As bus operators, mechanics and administrative workers, this is a great opportunity for union members to have your voices heard.

Members in good standing may nominate themselves or any other Gold Coast Transit District member. The nominee must be a member in good standing.

There will be one bargaining team seat for an Administrative Unit member, one seat for a Mechanical Unit member and three seats for Bus Operator members.

Submit your bargaining team nomination by Thursday, January 18, 2024 at 8pm.

An election will be conducted if the number of candidates exceeds the number of available seats for each unit.
