County of Ventura Student Workers Contract Ratification 2023
We did it! Our SEIU 721 bargaining team reached a strong Tentative Agreement that will uplift members, their families and our communities.
The bargaining team recommends a YES vote on this tentative agreement.
The agreement includes wage increases for 3 years, going from a 2-year window to a 3-year window as a Student Worker, increase in Bilingual Premium Pay, and a new benefit – textbook and tuition reimbursement!
