Riverside County Sanctions Delegation
Riverside County members led a delegation to Supervisor Chuck Washington to demand they dump Zappia Law Firm and return to the negotiating table with counsel who will bargain in good faith.
On October 10th, we filed for sanctions in the California Superior Court against the County for its bad faith tactics. Under the misguided counsel of Zappia Firm, County management misled the court to silence member voices and suppress their rights as they prepared to strike.
