The wage increase will take effect July 1st at the Van Nuys, Santa Clarita and Antelope Valley offices.
WHAT HAPPENED?
There are currently five salary steps. 81% of members are already on step five.We accepted management’s proposal for two additional steps with 2.5% increases at the 6th and 7th steps. In addition, a 5% “one-time-only” payment is received at the 7th step every year on the employment anniversary.
