LA County Allied Health Professionals Honored By Board of Supervisors


On Tuesday, November 27, LA County Board of Supervisors proclaimed November 2012 as Allied Health Professionals Month.
Supervisor Mark Ridley-Thomas presented the members of SEIU Local 721 Bargaining Units 221/222 – Paramedical Technical/Health and 341/342 – Health Science Professionals with a scroll in celebration of their dedication to LA County patients and their crucial role in healthcare.

Allied Health Professionals deliver high quality healthcare that relies on a diverse team of professionals. 2012 is the first year that the Board of Supervisors has acknowledged and celebrated SEIU Local 721 members in the Allied Health Profession.
