SEIU 721 Human Services Agency (HSA) members made recommendations to Ventura County management aimed at making it easier to serve the community. The Workload Committee meeting on July 25, 2012 gave members a voice to push for:
- Consistent business processes
- Equitable workloads
- Clear standards
“I want to help the County come up with reasonable standards so that
our comm
unity
doesn’t suffer from massive caseloads.”
-Olga Martinez, Client Benefits Specialist II, Human Services Agency
