On Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2011, Riverside county management delivered their
Last, Best, and Final Offer (LBFO) to the SEIU 721 bargaining team. This
proposal is a repeat of what was on the table months ago with the
county wanting members to shoulder the economic burden of balancing the
county’s budget through cuts that will hurt families and the community.
If there is any time for you to get involved, the time is now!

I am confused by the Lack of Information and Secrecy at SEIU, especially when we PAY for REPRESENTATION.
How is it possible for the COUNTY’s HR to release their LAST, BEST and FINAL OFFER on Nov 16th, and NOT POSSIBLE for SEIU to share this same information until Nov 17th? The LBFO is dated Nov 7th.
I could never imagine Private Attorney withholding information from their Client.
