The reason I I’m nominating myself is to speak up for all my colleagues which have been working at kitchen facilities with minimal help. Also have an excessive work load. In the past years I’ve been part of the bargaining team seeking better working conditions for our staff.

I nominate Mr. Art Cruz as he has been a steward & currently the vice chair for bargaining unit 432 member fighting for member rights & Contracts for over 25 years. Mr. Cruz has been a long committed active member that fights daily for employee right & good working conditions.

As a representative of our bargaining unit 432, I would like to address some concerns, regarding our current working condition “short of staff and under pay”, address working conditions with broken or equipment that needs replacement.

I wish to be select to serve for bargaining unit 432, Blue Collar team as I have 23 years of stewardship, chaired the 432 BU team for over 6 years, over joint Labor Management teams and currently serve as an Executive Board Member fighting for all 721 members rights. I wish to continue to fight for all fair wage increases, benefits & a strong retirement. I wan to keep the labor movement strong!
