The only way to protect the future of nursing is by doing the work today. We all must join the fight to prevent losing things that creates a better environment for us all. The fight will protect current, future and past nurses. Theres lots of things we want and need, your voice will be heard through my actions.

While working as a med-surg RN on Long Island, I graduated from Columbia Univ, beginning my NP career as a hospitalist in NYC, then joined DHS in 2016, working 6yrs in Adult PCMH and now teaching in our inaugural NP Residency at MLK UCC. From lobbying with Nurse Alliance to serving on DHS-wide committees such as NPAC to negotiating the PAM bonus for APRNs, I have demonstrated a consistent commitment to advocacy and the courage to lead in advancing our workforce.
