After over a year of negotiations and at least 15 in-person meetings with USC’s bargaining team, we reached a tentative agreement with the university on several proposals. Now, members need to vote on whether or not to ratify the contract.
Online voting starts Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at 12 p.m., and ends Thursday, January 16, 2025, at 2 p.m.
In order to cast your vote, you’ll need to create an account on SEIU721.org and complete an online membership card. Only SEIU 721 members are eligible to vote.
Under the Employer field, select USC – University of Southern California.
In the Employee ID Number field, input 0000.
Once you submit that information, you’ll be prompted to create a username and password.
Once your username is created, you will be prompted to complete a membership application. You must complete a card and become a member in order for your vote to be counted. Again, select USC – University of Southern California for the Employer Name field and 0000 for the Employee ID Number.
Once your card is submitted, you can cast your ratification ballot at the link below.
