But there’s still work to be done.
I’m running for the Executive Board as part of the 721 Members United slate so that we can accomplish even more for our region in the next three years.

Yuri Gomez (721 MU)
I have been a Santa Barbara County Social Worker for over 14 years. I have served on the bargaining team twice and on our Union’s Executive Board and Chapter Board for the last 4 years. I know that better wages and work conditions will not be freely given to us. We will have to strategically fight for them.
Our members are the safety net of our communities and we can only thrive if we have a strong and healthy workforce.
Together, we will fight for wages and benefits that measure up to our member’s work.
Please support 721 Members United!

Ariana Robledo (721 MU)
As a member in Santa Barbara County’s Social Services Department, I serve some of our region’s most vulnerable populations. Every day I help dozens access benefits and vital public safety net programs, and as the funding our communities relies on comes under attack, it’s crucial we have a strong voice to advocate for the frontline services we provide.
The 721 Members United leadership has ensured, time and time again, that our regions get the resources we need to adequately recruit and retain staff and provide the best possible services to the public. Vote 721 Members United!

Amy Sagar (721 MU)
My name is Amy Sagar and I am proud to run for executive board as part of the SEIU 721 members united slate.
I have worked for the Ventura Superior Court for over 19 years, 12 years as a court program supervisor. I have proudly served our members as their steward, bargaining teammate, and regional council member. I know what it takes to win strong contracts, better wages, benefits, and the rights we deserve.
As a member leader, I know there is power in unity. Together we can rise, we can fight, together we will win. Vote 721 members united!
Grace Sepulveda (721 MU)
I’ve been an Eligibility Worker in Ventura County for more than two decades, and have served on the Executive Board for 18 years. During my tenure on the board, I have played a key role in winning good raises and creating more jobs in the Tri-Counties region, and look forward to building on those wins in the coming years.
721 MembersUnitedis on a roll, but there is still much more to do. Please re-elect me and support our team. Together, we will continue winning strong contracts and improving wages and working conditions for our members.
Erika Villa (A Voice For You)
I have proudly served my fellow union members since joining the SEIU family in 2014 with Local 925 in Seattle, WA. My passion for supporting members continued when I joined the County of Ventura in 2018. Over the years, I have held various roles, including serving on the County of Ventura Bargaining Team in 2019 and 2022, where we successfully negotiated significant raises. Additionally, I have helped with representational matters and new employee orientations. With your support, I am committed to continuing to build a stronger union, prioritizing the needs and voices of every member.
Maria Zavala (721 MU)
Under the 721 Members United team’s leadership, our union is stronger than it’s ever been. I believe my experience serving our members as a steward, Bargaining Team member, and Regional Council member will enable me to advocate effectively for what our members need–whether you work in the public sector or for a private non-profit.
I’ve been with the County of Ventura for almost 10 years, I can tell you from experience, the only way to keep everything we fought for and won is by keeping our union strong, and that starts with the right leadership.
