We have great news. By an overwhelming majority, we ratified our Otis College tentative agreement (TA)! The TA will represent our new union contract lasting through Sept. 30, 2026.

Highlights include:
· a strong economic package with higher pay rates for lecturers and senior lecturers,
· better pay for independent study, course development, attending departmental meetings, and taking on committee assignments,
· an increase to our faculty professional development fund,
· access to Otis College’s 403(b) retirement plan and the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and
· stronger contract language and rights for appointments and re-appointments.
A huge thanks goes out to our bargaining team, who fought at the negotiating table for over a year for a contract that respects our essential work at Otis College of Art and Design.
Thank you to all members who were engaged in the bargaining process, including those who attended rallies calling on the administration to get serious at the bargaining table. Your advocacy paid off!
