As you may already know, we are ramping up to get ready for contract negotiations with LA County in 2025. We have heard from many Nursing Attendants at LA General who feel fed up with the low wages, excessive workloads, and short staffing.
Now is the time for you to take action and strategize with our union – SEIU 721 – on how to put Nursing Attendants in the best position to win at the bargaining table for Contract 2025. Join us! We will be meeting every third Thursday of each month in the IPT building, Conference Room A, from 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM.

We will be discussing various issues – including the current status of the compensation plan for Nursing Attendants and how we can build off everything that SEIU 721 put in place through previous negotiations with LA County.
It is up to us as Nursing Attendants and SEIU members to make our voices heard! Change cannot and will not take place without our participation and involvement. Take a stand today!
