If you’re interested – or if you’d like to nominate any other SEIU 721 member – all you have to do is fill out a Nomination Form and submit it to us by 5 PM on Mon., June 24, 2024.

Bargaining Teams work with SEIU Local 721 members to identify issues and develop contract proposals – and they meet with management to negotiate over those proposals. It’s a serious but very fulfilling and rewarding commitment.
Bargaining Team members must be prepared to meet frequently on their own time to develop proposals and plan actions. Contract negotiations occur in-person and generally take place on county time.
Reminder: Nomination Forms are not ballots and submitting a Nomination Form does not guarantee that you will be on the Bargaining Team. An election will be conducted after July 1 if the number of candidates exceeds the number of available seats on the Bargaining Team.

Whichever option you choose, just be sure to send in your Nomination Form by Mon., June 24, 2024 at 5 PM.
