After just one day of negotiations, we reached a Tentative Agreement on a historic 3-year contract that includes a new industry-leading standard $25 minimum wage at St. John’s Community Health!
This contract also improves language around vacation requests, boosts longevity pay and more. Strong agreements like these are proof of what we can accomplish when employers are committed to partnership with our union.
