Gateways – We have a Tentative Agreement!

We’ve done it again! We’ve reached a Tentative Agreement at Gateways Hospital and Mental Health Center with strong contract language improvements on areas including job descriptions, disciplinary actions and staffing. In addition, there are several economic wins including increases to bilingual and standby pay as well as Cost of Living Adjustment wage hikes for all three years of the contract based on job descriptions.
