Shuttle drivers and the dispatchers that support us provide vital services to the USC community. We ensure that students can conveniently and safely get around USC and the surrounding area. We help faculty make it to classes and meetings on time. We support campus guests, visitors, and donors to find their way around.
In short: We drive so that USC can thrive! And we deserve respect and a voice on the job, as well as better pay, benefits, and working conditions.
Now, we’ve reached a milestone on the road to getting what we deserve: We’ve filed with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) to hold an election for our unit to join SEIU 721 — the largest, most powerful employ- ee union in Southern California.
