Ballots and accompanying instructions will be mailed to all eligible members in good standing on March 25th, 2022. All ballots must be returned by mail in the provided business reply envelope addressed to P.O. Box 17700, Los Angeles, CA 90017-9970. All ballots must be postmarked no later than April 23, 2022 in order to be counted.
SEIU Local 721 is NOT accepting ballots that are hand delivered, electronically transmitted, or mailed to any of its offices; such ballots will be immediately disqualified.
If you have recently moved or require a duplicate ballot, please contact SEIU Local 721 Member Connection at 877-721-4YOU (4968). A duplicate ballot is only offered once, and only that ballot will be counted once requested.

All SEIU Local 721 members are invited to observe the ballot count. In order to participate in observing the ballot count, you must make a reservation by contacting us at BoardElection2022@seiu721.org. Please provide your full name in the reservation request. All reservation requests must be submitted by 5:00 P.M. on Monday, April 25, 2022. In addition to a confirmation, rules for observers will be provided after making a reservation.
