Bargaining for a Successor Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is about to begin. Our current contract will expire on December 31, 2021.
SEIU is proud to announce that a Bargaining Team has been chosen. These members took time to send in a Bargaining Petition so they will be able to represent their Union Sisters and Brothers at the bargaining table.

SEIU and LACERA are expected to be at the bargaining table in mid-August to begin the bargaining process for a Successor MOU. We will keep you posted on any movement as we begin this process.
