Contract bargaining requires a strong Bargaining Team … UNION STRONG!

Nominate yourself – or a fellow member of BU 861 – to be on the team so that we can get Court Reporters of BU 861 the strong contract we deserve.

Let’s show our Union power by assembling a Bargaining Team filled with powerful voices for us. After all, we, the Court Reporters of BU 861, are an integral part of the LA Superior Court … and we know it because we do the work!

Remember: When we secure contract wins, it’s not because Management just gives them to us. It’s because our Union fights for them. And when we fight, we win!

The deadline for submitting a Bargaining Team Nomination Form is Friday, June 11 at 5 PM. An election will be conducted by late June or early July if the number of candidates exceeds the number of available seats on the Bargaining Team.
