Our bargaining team met with city management on Thursday, February 25 where several proposals were offered and countered.

We are on the final stretch of bargaining and one of our key priorities is to win a strong agreement that will help lift up our families and also to seek parity with other bargaining groups.

We made progress on wages and we are working hard on standby pay and on improving vacation buyback.

Our next bargaining session is on Thursday, March 11, 2021.
