Our bargaining team has been hard at work for the past month, meeting with city management several times and working on proposals and offering counters to management proposals.

We are facing unprecedented times and our bargaining team is leaving no stone unturned to negotiate a fair contract that will help lift up our families and our communities.

We’re making progress.

Our proposals are in enhancements of wages, medical benefits and standby pay.

Our next bargaining session is Thursday, February 25, 2021.
