SEIU 721 members helped lead the charge to shift the way issues are addressed in our workplaces and develop LA County Health Agency’s Just Culture initiative.
Now it’s time for the second annual Just Culture Pulse Survey to measure how employees perceive the fairness of their worksites.
Just Culture marks a groundbreaking shift for our members. It’s about supporting a work environment that is kind and fair whenever there are unintended outcomes. It’s also about respect, addressing issues and finding solutions in a diligent and constructive manner that empowers workers and ultimately strengthens the vital frontline health services our communities depend on.
The Pulse Survey will remain open for three weeks from June 5th through June 26th.
