We stuck together and our solidarity delivered a strong contract that we can all be proud of, and puts the District back on track to ensure quality services for our communities and the residents we serve. This package delivered solid salary increases for all members and provided an ample boost to those whose classifications were below the market median.
CONTRACT OVERVIEW
- Equity salary adjustment, effective the pay period that begins January 12, 2019, for classifications with total compensation below the median (as identified in the compensation study prepared by CPS-HR)
- 4% salary increase, following any adjustment per the compensation survey
- In 2020, salary increases based on Consumer Price Index, ranging from 2% to 3.5%
- In 2021, salary increases based on Consumer Price Index, ranging from 2% to 3.5%.
