LA County Health Agency’s Just Culture is about supporting a work environment that is kind and fair whenever there are unintended outcomes. It is about fairness, respect and addressing issues and finding solutions in a diligent and constructive manner that empowers workers and ultimately strengthen the vital frontline health services our communities depend on.
Now it’s time for all LA County Health Agency workers to get trained on the Just Culture process and tools.

Training requirements:
ALL STAFF– Basics of Just Culture (45 minutes to 1 Hour web training) should be completed by September 30, 2018.

MANAGERS AND SUPERVISORS – Just Culture for Supervisors/Managers (3-4 hour classroom [in-person] training) should be completed by December 31, 2018.
