It should not take multiple group grievances against the County for them to finally value our lives and correct the chronic security breaches across facilities!
Every day the County drags its feet on putting in place real safety protections is another day that we run the risk of being violently attacked or being killed. We won’t stand for bargaining proposals that continue to place frontline workers and our clients in imminent danger!
