Amplifying our voices and strengthening our unity is the key to winning a contract that Raises Up Riverside!
In the latest bargaining negotiations, City management has once again shown they are determined to put frontline workers and the neighborhoods we serve last! They’re refusing to invest in raises in the first year of the contract for the important work we do, and are unwilling to agree to increase employer contribution toward medical premiums in the first two years of the contract!
Our neighborhoods and frontline workers sacrificed enough to keep the city functioning during the economic recovery. It’s urgent that we push back against the cuts and takeaways that are a detriment to Raising Up Riverside and keep families from getting ahead!
All hands on deck to let our elected City Leaders know enough is enough.
