Ballots and accompanying instructions were mailed to all eligible members in good standing on February 24, 2016. Ballots must be returned by mail in the business reply envelopes addressed to P.O. Box 17700, Los Angeles, CA 90017-9970 by 9:00 a.m. on March 11, 2016 in order to be counted.
SEIU Local 721 is NOT accepting ballots delivered or mailed to any of its offices; such ballots will be immediately disqualified.
Duplicate ballots may be requested by contacting SEIU Local 721’s Member Connection Center at 877-721-4YOU (4968). Once requested, only the replacement ballot will be counted.
The ballot count will be held at the date, time, and place indicated below:

All SEIU Local 721 members are invited to observe the ballot count. If you choose to observe the ballot count, you must submit your name to wendy.salas@seiu721.org at least 24 hours before the ballot count. Rules of Observers will be issued after making a reservation.
