LA City Members,
By now you should have received your Official Voting Packet via mail, if you have not received a voting packet you can contact your worksite organizer or attend one of the following worksite voting meetings (listed below) to make sure your vote is counted.
If you don’t see your worksite in the list below, contact your worksite organizer as new sites are being added.
Votes will be tallied beginning at 5 p.m. Monday, September 21. ALL votes must be received by mail, in person at Local 721 or through a worksite-voting box by Monday September 21st – 12pm.
As part of the Coalition of LA City Unions, bargaining team members succeeded in protecting middle-class jobs, health care, restoring city services and fending off all the “takeaways” originally proposed by the city.
A super majority of the bargaining team recommends a YES vote.
