During negotiations, we were able to empower our members, bargaining team and hold strong on our proposals and goals. United, we pushed on our demands and we accomplished a lot.
“We worked diligently in negotiating with County Management to come to an agreement that recognizes our hard work and honors fairness. The bargaining team is happy that our members have ratified the agreement, and we look forward to continuing an open dialogue with management to build a positive and safe environment for our members.” — Paul Maya, Community Resource Adviser
