City of Oxnard SEIU Local 721 members voted overwhelmingly to ratify the tentative agreement with the City of Oxnard on Wednesday, November 6, 2013. A whopping 90% of members voted for the new contract which includes a return to a Step plan. Some members will see substantial salary increases over the next 4 years.

Next Steps
Management will move this tentative agreement for final approval by the city council in an upcoming council meeting. We will notify you of this date for another member turnout to that meeting.
